My room was a nice size and brand-new, had a large bathroom. Greatly enjoyed tranquil location of the hotel. The area was pretty quiet, a relaxing base for me.

Stunning location and overall the staff was extremely gracious and welcoming. The hotel was placed within 0.5 miles of the airport. Loved the room with a balcony, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The location was easy and tranquil for Burrell Boom, just next door to the adjoining river and river cruise and the temples. The a double room was well-kept and air conditioned with a balcony.

We had a great experience. The place was fancy and nice and the staff were accommodating, the location was marvellous in the rain forest area. Plenty of food for breakfast, which was excellent to satisfy everyone. Everything was really good as expected, even so the bathroom was quite small. Location: the hotel was close enough to the zoo and the Belize City airport.

The location on a quiet river adds to the tranquil atmosphere and provides a beautiful backdrop for meals on the screened porch. The staff is extremely welcoming and attentive, making sure every guest feels at home. The rooms are comfortable with a balcony offering a lovely view. The breakfast, with its delicious local cuisine, is a perfect start to the day, and even caters to picky eaters with replacement fruit options being available.

The resort was a bit rundown, with maintenance issues like the pool being closed for the first two days. The restaurant food was not up to par and the menu was limited.

The staff at the reception were extremely helpful, providing great information about the surrounding areas and organizing transfers for my family members. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool area, which was nicely screened in. The location of the hotel, adjacent to the beautiful Belize river, was also a great feature. We enjoyed complementary canoes and guided tours, adding to our overall enjoyable experience. Additionally, the hotel provided a free shuttle service to and from the nearby airport, which was very convenient.
